INVESTIGATION · THE WORLD ACCORDING TO ILANA BRUDO

Wearing a Kippah? Rapist.
A Dog? "Biologically Impossible".

Ilana Brudo writes that the Jewish religion "promotes rape", and that religious Jews who don't rape are "the exception." When a detainee testified that a dog sexually assaulted him encouraged by a Hebrew-speaking handler, she wrote "fairy tales," "perverts," and "blood libels." Then she joked about how a dog pinned her down, and "I had a good laugh."

  • 31Palestinian detainees, victims of sexual violence verified by the UN
  • 9of them raped or gang-raped
  • 238torture complaints in two years. 0 indictments
Okay, what? Rape dogs? What?

In Brief

  • On 6–7 November 2026, Ilana Brudo (@Techslut) conducted a 26-hour thread on X mocking the testimony of a Palestinian detainee who said a dog sexually assaulted him while he was cuffed and blindfolded, "encouraged by a handler, in Hebrew" (New York Times, 11 May 2026). She called the testimony "baseless fairy tales" and "blood libels," and wrote that it sounded like "the very unhealthy fantasies of all kinds of perverts."
  • In the same thread, she wrote that this was "biologically impossible," then the next day joked about how a dog knocked her to the ground and pinned her down: "I had a good laugh." In 2020, she wrote: "rape is not funny."
  • Regarding religious Jews, Ilana Brudo repeatedly wrote in 2026, without citing any source, that "the religion promotes rape and encourages it" (31.03.2026) and that "those who don't rape are the exception in religious sectors" (19.04.2026).
  • To doubters of October 7 testimonies, she wrote: "If you wanted to believe, you would" (30.12.2023). On the dog testimony, in November 2026: "I refuse to believe."
  • While Ilana Brudo was laughing, the UN verified 31 Palestinian detainees who were victims of sexual violence by Israeli security forces (14 men, 7 women, 9 boys, 1 girl). 9 of them were raped or gang-raped. Out of 238 torture complaints over two years, zero indictments were filed.
  • A dog, in Ilana Brudo's view, attacks "only if that is what they were trained to do." A religious Jewish man, in her view, rapes by default: "those who don't rape are the exception." Mocking a rape testimony while shielding the accused is rape apologism.

Published · Every quote linked to original source

On 5 November 2026, UN Watch published a video of Francesca Albanese stating that Palestinian detainees were "raped by dogs trained in European countries." The following day, Ilana Brudo (@Techslut) quoted it: "Okay, what? Rape dogs? What?". Thus began a 26-hour thread.

Ilana knows how to believe detainees when it suits her. In the thread itself, she wrote that "there is no doubt the IDF did quite a few terrible things in Gaza," and believed detainee testimonies about starvation and dying children. Only the testimony involving a dog received the label "fairy tales."

And this did not happen in a vacuum. The UN verified 31 Palestinian detainees from Gaza and the West Bank who were victims of sexual violence by Israeli security forces, 9 of them raped, some repeatedly and in groups (Source 11). Israeli human rights organizations tallied 238 torture complaints over two years, with not a single indictment (Source 12). Against this backdrop, she laughed.

And the testimony itself, published in The New York Times, did not describe a dog "trained to rape." It described a dog sexually assaulting a handcuffed and blindfolded detainee, "encouraged by a handler, in Hebrew" (Source 9).

  1. […] rape is not funny
  2. […] the rape survivor has to go looking for proof
  3. I brought proof of IDF soldiers raping […]
  4. Can you show me some actual proof of such claims?
  5. The religion promotes rape and encourages it.
  6. Judaism is looting and theft.
  7. Okay, what? Rape dogs? What?
01The Thread: Four Contradictions

Contradiction 1 of 4

"Biologically impossible", then "I had a good laugh"

07.11 · 10:59

She opened with "not an expert" and ruled that it was "impossible." The next day, she wrote that a male dog "will hump anything that doesn't move," and recounted as a joke how a dog knocked her down and pinned her. Without any training. The testimony never spoke of special training, but of a dog encouraged by a handler to attack a bound man.

She didn't refute the claim. She described it, and laughed.

The testimony of bound detainees did not come from Hamas. A doctor at the Sde Teiman field hospital wrote that detainees are "held in continuous restraint" (Source 2), and a senior physician recounted: "I found patients tied to beds in the shape of a star" (Source 10).

She demanded proof. To whoever answered, she wrote "Block" and "Another Hamas account."

02"Judaism Is"

Before the thread · Religion

"I wasn't born hating Judaism"

Ilana wrote this sentence in 2022 (12.05.2022). Here is what she wrote in 2026 about the Jewish religion and religious Jews, word for word:

  1. Judaism is violence, misogyny, rape, plunder, and mutilating babies.
  2. […] they are a violent, racist sector of liars, thieves and rapists.
  3. The religion promotes rape and encourages it.
  4. Those who don't rape are the exception in religious sectors.
  5. Judaism is using 13-year-old girls for breeding through rape.
  6. […] they go to the reserves to massacre and rape and loot because that is what is Jewish.
  7. Judaism is theft, plunder, and crime.
  8. Judaism is abuse, sexual assault, and unrestrained violence.
  9. Settler-terrorists cannot look at an underage girl without raping.
  10. It is a religion of theft, plunder, and rape.
  11. […] Judaism is one big hate crime.
  12. […] Real Judaism — violence, plunder, rape, and murder.
  13. […] Anyone who doesn't want to get hurt or murdered or raped should stay as far away from kippah-wearers as possible.
  14. Judaism is plunder and theft.

In these quotes, there is no "maybe," no "some of them," and no "needs verification." That religious Jews rape, she never doubts: not when it comes to underage girls, not during military reserves, not in the name of religion. She can imagine that in every detail. But when a testimony describes a Hebrew-speaking handler encouraging a dog to attack a cuffed detainee, her skepticism suddenly awakens, and is directed entirely at the dog.

Regarding religious Jews, she wrote that "the religion promotes rape," that "those who don't rape are the exception," and that anyone who doesn't want to be "raped" should "stay as far away from kippah-wearers as possible." No source, no testimony, no proof.

Then came a single testimony: that a Hebrew-speaking handler encouraged a dog to sexually assault a cuffed detainee. To that, she wrote "a whole lot of effort," "fantasies of perverts," and "antisemitic blood libels."

In Ilana Brudo's world, a dog biting a person is science fiction. A kippah wearer biting a Doberman to death is Tuesday morning news. She needs no testimony to imagine a Jewish man raping. She is incapable of imagining a dog doing what dogs, by her own account, do "only if that is what they were raised to do."

A Jewish man rapes? Obvious. A dog? Science fiction.

In August 2023, she "brought proof" of soldiers raping. In November, she wrote that they "don't do that" and demanded proof. To doubters of October 7 testimonies, she wrote: "If you wanted to believe, you would." In 2026, she reverted to her original position (04.01.2026, 02.05.2026).

"If you wanted to believe, you would." And in November 2026: "I refuse to believe."

Ilana writes

29.03.2026 · 11:29

29.03.2026 · 11:34

Dogs do not initiate unwanted contact unless they are raised to do so.

I am a dog sitter and have gotten to know dogs with very different temperaments.

12.08.2026 · 09:36

They need our company and our attention

Dogs, in her words, have needs, temperament, and feelings: "They need our company and our attention." To the bound detainee who testified that a dog sexually assaulted him, she offers "fairy tales."

Four days before the thread: "I am a dog sitter." In the thread: "I'm not an expert." According to her own posts, she is a "cat woman" who does "dog sitting for friends' dogs", and until October 2026 "was terribly afraid of big dogs."

In March: a dog attacks only if trained. In November: impossible to train.

What Was Documented, While She Laughed

  1. UN Secretary-General, May 2026: The UN verified conflict-related sexual violence, including as a method of torture, against 31 Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank: 14 men, 7 women, 9 boys, and 1 girl. 9 of them were raped or gang-raped, some repeatedly. Five men suffered severe rectal bleeding for days and weeks, some without medical care. Israeli security forces and the prison service were added to the UN blacklist for the first time. AP, May 2026
  2. Israeli Human Rights Groups to the UN Committee Against Torture, November 2025: 238 torture complaints over two years, and not a single indictment. The Prison Service opened 36 investigations resulting in 6 indictments, none of which concerned sexual violence. At least 94 detainees died in custody. Via Haaretz
  3. B'Tselem, August 2024: 55 testimonies from released detainees describing "routine use of sexual violence in varying degrees of severity." The New Arab on "Welcome to Hell" report
  4. UN Commission of Inquiry, March 2025: According to the Commission, "forced public nudity, sexual harassment including rape threats, and sexual assault" constituted "standard operating procedure" for Israeli security forces. UN News, 13.03.2025
  5. Physician at Sde Teiman, April 2024: Amputations due to handcuff injuries are a "routine occurrence," and detainees are held in "continuous restraint." CNN via Haaretz, 06.04.2024
  6. Military Prosecution, February 2025: Indictment against five reservists: a bound and blindfolded detainee suffered cracked ribs, a punctured lung, and a torn rectum. Charges dropped in March 2026 due to "procedural difficulties." CBC, 19.02.2025 · The New Arab, 12.03.2026
  7. Senior Physician at Sde Teiman, February 2025: "I found patients tied to beds in the shape of a star. Some were naked, and it was winter." Shomrim, 02.02.2025
  8. New York Times, 11.05.2026: A journalist from Gaza recounted that while he was handcuffed and blindfolded, a dog sexually assaulted him "encouraged by a handler, in Hebrew." The Ministry of Foreign Affairs termed the column a "blood libel." NYT, Nicholas Kristof · Archived copy · Responses: The Jewish Chronicle, The Free Press

The testimony about the dog has not been independently verified, and Israel denies it. But "unverified" and "invention" are two very different concepts. Faced with 31 verified victims, Ilana chose the latter, and laughed.

And what about the person who was assaulted?

26 hours of debate over dog training. Not one person asked what happens to a handcuffed, blindfolded human being who has been sexually assaulted.

The Body

Cracked ribs, punctured lung, rectal tear (Source 3). In a facility where amputations are a "routine occurrence" (Source 2), such injuries go untreated.

The Mind

Depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, acute anxiety, sleep disturbances, suicide attempts (Source 8).

The Silence

Sexual violence is drastically underreported (Source 8). Whoever finds the courage to speak out is met with "fairy tales," "perverts," and "another Hamas account."

Two Obsessions

Dogs: Only Good

To her, dogs possess character, needs, and genuine feelings: "They need our company and our attention." A dog attacks "only if that is what they were raised to do," and "does not initiate unwanted contact." When someone testifies that a dog sexually assaulted him, it becomes "biologically impossible." The dog receives a presumption of innocence that no human detainee ever enjoyed.

Jewish Men: Only Evil

"The religion promotes rape and encourages it." "Those who don't rape are the exception." "They go to the reserves to massacre and rape and loot." "Black kippah = red flag." Week after week throughout 2026, without citing a single source. The Jewish man receives a presumption of guilt that no dog would ever receive.

This is everything one needs to know about her standard of evidence. In 2022, demanding that a rape survivor "go looking for proof" was in her eyes "the entire problem." In 2026, she demanded "a dog trainer to testify," and to anyone presenting testimonies from doctors at Sde Teiman she answered "Block" and "Another account on behalf of Hamas." To doubters of October 7 testimonies, she wrote: "If you wanted to believe, you would." To the testimony of a cuffed detainee: "I refuse to believe."

She herself wrote: "You know what made me antisemitic?", and also that "Living in Israel for a few years is enough to start identifying with antisemitic Jew-haters."

Rape Apologism, for Laughs

Ilana Brudo did not merely question the testimony. She mocked it. She labeled the testimony "fairy tales" and "blood libels," the witnesses "perverts," and anyone presenting evidence "an account on behalf of Hamas." And right in the middle of the dispute, she joked about how a dog pinned her down.

This is what rape apologism looks like: degrading the person who testified, laughing at what they described, and smearing anyone who believes them as a "pervert" or "Hamas." The sole beneficiary is the accused: the handler who encouraged the dog, in Hebrew. On the side of that handler, Ilana Brudo stood for 26 hours.

Her standard of proof depends entirely on who stands accused. When the accused is a religious Jew, no testimony is required: "the religion promotes rape." When the testimony involves a dog, no amount of evidence is ever enough — not even 31 verified victims.

Regarding dogs, she wrote: "They need our company and our attention." Regarding the bound detainee: "Fairy tales."

"Rape is not funny." She wrote that in 2020. In 2026, she "had a good laugh."

Every quote here is cited verbatim in her own words, with date and original link.

Ilana Brudo: Questions & Answers

Who is Ilana Brudo?

Ilana Brudo writes on X under the handle @Techslut. In November 2026, she conducted a 26-hour thread there mocking the testimony of a Palestinian detainee who stated that a dog sexually assaulted him.

What did Ilana Brudo write about the dog testimony?

On 06.11.2026, she wrote that "this sounds biologically impossible to me — to train a dog to rape humans" and that someone had "very perverted fantasies turning into antisemitic blood libels." On 07.11.2026, she wrote "I refuse to believe in baseless fairy tales", called it "the very unhealthy fantasies of all kinds of perverts", and recounted as a joke how a dog pinned her down: "I had a good laugh." To users presenting testimonies from Sde Teiman, she replied "Block" and "Another account on behalf of Hamas."

What did Ilana Brudo write about Judaism and rape?

Throughout 2026, she repeatedly claimed that rape is inherent to Judaism, citing no sources: "The religion promotes rape and encourages it" (31.03.2026), "Those who don't rape are the exception in religious sectors" (19.04.2026), and "Anyone who doesn't want to get hurt or murdered or raped should stay as far away from kippah-wearers as possible" (23.10.2026).

What did Ilana Brudo write about October 7?

To doubters of October 7 testimonies, she wrote: "If you wanted to believe, you would" (30.12.2023). In August 2023, she had written that she brought "proof of IDF soldiers raping Palestinian women." In November 2023, after October 7, she wrote about soldiers: "Because they don't do that. Hamas does," and demanded "actual proof" for claims from Gaza. In November 2026, regarding the dog testimony: "I refuse to believe."

How many Palestinian detainees were victims of sexual violence?

In the UN Secretary-General's May 2026 report, conflict-related sexual violence was verified against 31 Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank: 14 men, 7 women, 9 boys, and 1 girl. 9 of them were raped or gang-raped. Israeli security forces and the prison service were added to the UN blacklist for the first time. Israeli human rights organizations documented 238 torture complaints over two years with zero indictments. B'Tselem collected 55 detainee testimonies describing routine sexual violence. The dog testimony, published in The New York Times on 11.05.2026, was dismissed by Ilana Brudo as "fairy tales."

Why is Ilana Brudo's mockery considered rape apologism?

Faced with testimony of a bound detainee sexually assaulted by a dog "encouraged by a handler, in Hebrew," she wrote "fairy tales," "blood libel," and "perverts," blocked users providing evidence as "Hamas accounts," and joked about a dog pinning her down: "I had a good laugh." Degrading the witness and shielding the accused is the definition of rape apologism.

What is the double standard?

When the accused is a religious Jew, Ilana Brudo demands no evidence: "the religion promotes rape." When a dog is involved, no evidence is ever sufficient: "fairy tales." In 2022, she wrote that demanding a rape survivor "go look for proof" is "the entire problem." In 2026, she demanded "a dog trainer to testify." On dogs, she wrote: "They need our company and our attention." On the bound detainee: "Fairy tales."
